商務拓展經理/聯盟經理（手游）
BD Manager /Alliance Manager(Mobile Game)
工作任务和职责包括但不限于：
1. 负责现有的游戏或開發中的游戲在海外市場進行全面的推廣，并根據市场情況提出改進游戲的建議。
2. 与管理层讨论功能、内容。
3. 建立、管理和发展客户关系。
4. 确定、建议和开发新的商机和创意，以实现真正的潜在客户和客户转化。
5. 了解游戏经济学、获利策略、活動广告創意策劃，通过使用数据分析，计划分析事件，研究市場趨勢，并进行迭代更新。
背景和经验：
1. 學士以上學歷，6年以上工作經驗；
2. 至少有5年游戏领域市場營銷、商務拓展、數字媒體廣告投放的经验。
3. 清楚了解业务和参与度指标，例如，CPI，保留率等。
4. 熟悉直播、約會、AV等廣告流量渠道，對廣告投放有較深入的了解。
5. 擅長通過游戲行業展覽會開拓客戶，建立合作關系。
6. 对手机游戏的較深入了解和热情。积极进取，并致力于改进和创新。
7. 有数据分析和免费增值业务模型方面的经验。
8. 形象良好，外向和自信，具有良好的谈判能力、溝通表達能力、人際交往能力。
9. 经过验证的過往業绩记录，能够獨立開展業務，同時具備团队合作精神。
10. 自我激励、誠信、承诺、结果和目标导向。
11. 熟悉MS Office：Excel，Word和PowerPoint

Work tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for the comprehensive promotion of existing games or games under development in overseas markets, and put forward Suggestions to improve the games according to the market conditions.
2. Discuss functions and contents with management.
3. Establish, manage and develop customer relationships.
4. Identify, propose and develop new business opportunities and ideas to achieve real potential customers and customer transformation.
5. Know game economics, profit strategy, creative planning of activity advertising, plan and analyze events through data analysis, study market trends, and make iterative updates.
Background and experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 6 years of working experience;
2. At least 5 years experience in game marketing, business development and digital media advertising.
3. Clear understanding of business and engagement metrics, such as CPI, ROI, etc.
4. Familiar with live broadcast、dating,、AV and other advertising flow channels, and have a deeper understanding of advertising.
5. Good at developing customers and establishing cooperative relationships through game industry exhibitions.
6. Deep understanding and passion for mobile games.Aggressive and committed to improvement and innovation.
7. Experience in data analysis and freemium business model.
