position unit of KW X-port

I have a confusion of the position unit of KW X-port.
I put the same box in 3ds max 2008 and export it by KW X-port, Panda and AsciiExp.
The "Units Setup" in 3ds Max 2008 is "Generic Units".
The position of XFile of KW X-port will be divided by 40 (compare with AsciiExp and Panda).
The position of box in 3d Max 2008 is similiar with the position of xFile of AsciiExp and Panda.
