韩冰先生是上海霁龙信息科技有限公司的总经理，是上海霁龙信息科技有限公司的创始人之一，不仅在游戏领域有深厚经验，同时在严肃游戏领域也有一定的见解， 曾经创建过上海臻龙网络科技有限公司成为国内优秀休闲游戏开发公司并且该公司被荷兰运营商spill group收购，现创建上海霁龙信息科技有限公司的目的是因为发现这个领域有更好的发展前景，所以专注这个领域的发展
