用Release版的DX9 SDK试试。

可能是因为你的windows系统运行了某种监控程序，看看有哪些程序在自动运行。
这不是程序错误，只有在debug模式才会出现，release则不会。

因为最近winxp有过多次自动更新，怀疑是不是这个问题。确定非法访问的内存是CreateWindow里面分配的，ShowWindow也会改变这块内存的值。
