各位老大，我怎么进不去FTP呢，总是提示访问超时或是没有权限进入什么的，听说里面有很多很好的资料，
是不是我太菜了，大家谁知道怎么才能进去啊？

                12) Verify that your anti-virus software is not at fault (try disabling it).
