两天之前，苹果对AppStore审查指南进行了更新，修改了多项内容并且推出了全新的规则。据最新消息，苹果刚刚向开发者发送了邮件通知，让他们为AppStore当中的儿童专区做好准备。苹果所提到的儿童专区最早在今年的WWDC大会上宣布，它是iOS7的一项新特性。
The new guidelines (specifically 17.4) prohibit kids’ apps from collecting photos, video, and audio without parental consent, dictate that they must include a privacy policy, include no behavioral ads, and require parental permission before purchase.
根据早前苹果在审查指南上的更新日志，AppStore的儿童分区包含了许多针对儿童的新规则，比如说应用必须遵守儿童隐私条例、不得包含行为广告，付费前必须经过家长同意、在儿童打开应用外链接时必须先取得家长同意、AppStore中儿童分类的应用必须标明“年龄在5岁或5岁以下、6-8岁、9-11岁”的标志。
20.5 Apps that offer real-money gaming (eg, sports betting, poker, casino games, horse racing) must have necessary licensing and permissions in the locations where the app is used, must be restricted to those locations, and must be free on the App Store. 20.6 Apps that use IAP to purchase credit or currency to use in conjunction with real-money gaming will be rejected.
对于真钱博彩游戏，限制则更多，采用内购的真钱博彩游戏则被直接拒绝。真钱博彩游戏必须是完全免费的，且在游戏下载地区获得当地的法律许可。
我们不难看出苹果对保护儿童隐私问题的重视。实际上，AppStore儿童分区的出炉也同样是对家长的一种“保护”，因为它能够让家长们了解到应用/软件的更多内容—比如是否包含内购等等。要知道，因为孩子的过失而导致家长收到巨额信用卡账单的事件时有发生 |
