[b]Job title: Software Development Engineer[/b]
Department: R&D
Location: Beijing, China
LusioSoft Entertainment Co., Ltd. (LEC) is currently seeking 12 experienced and motivated software engineers to join our dynamic team. The successful applicants will be team oriented with a strong work ethic, and demonstrate their suitability through a clear and precise understanding of the following criteria:
Basic qualifications and attributes:
 3+ years experience in software design, coding using C++.
 Strong analytical, coding and debugging skills.
 Strong communication and cross group collaboration skills.
 Strong problem solving capability and love to get things done.
 Great technical passion, ability to learn new technologies quickly
 Working experience on at least one fully completed product cycle.
With at least one of following specialties:
 3+ years in 3D real time graphics. Understanding the following terms, and experience implementing one or more of them: PVS, CLOD terrain, geometry instancing (shader), HDR rendering. (also include any other relevant experience)
 2+ years in physic simulation, this should include collision detection, RB dynamics, friction, stacking and joints. Experience in vehicle simulation and multi-process/thread simulator is a plus.
 2+ years in sound processing. Knowledge of audio signal processing - mixing, sample rates, data compression, filters, reverbs, 3D positional audio etc.. Experience in SPU, DSP, MIDI, interactive music and other audio related specialties would be an advantage.
 2+ years in FreeBSD system programming. Clear understanding of how the OS was designed, clear understanding of the kernel and network layer code, and ability to modify if needed.
 Also, please give us a clear description of the topics you have worked on the most; tell us what you have done and how they worked in real application.
