    3D Client Programmer(3DEngine and logical parts experience).
    Client Programmer(1*MMORPG client experience).
    Main Game designer(2*MMORPG complete and successfull project experience).
    Game designer(MMORPG designing experience).
    Art team(Outsourcing stability and cooperative relations with the art team of art)
