用DXSDK 9写的游戏，拿到安装DX9.0c的机子上运行提示错误，
先出来的提示框：
Warning:Nothing wil be rendered.
The reference rendering device was selected,but your computer only has a reduced-functionality
reference device installed.Install the DirectX SDK to get the full reference device.
点“确定”之后出来：
Generic application error.Enable debug output for detailed information.
The sample will now exit.
那个机子没有安装过编程工具。
