UE4 Big world ARPG Mobile Game Senior TA
岗位职责:
  • 研究游戏项目中美术内容制作的各项工具使用(Research on the use of various tools for art content productionin game projects)
  • 熟悉并研究游戏引擎的各项功能使用(Familiar with and study the function of game engine)
  • 配合主美进行美术效果研发(Cooperate with the main United States for art effect researchand development)
  • 充分了解美术各环节开发中的需求和问题,提供足够的技术支持,和技术解决方案(Fully understand the needs and problems in the development ofeach link of fine arts, and provide adequate tech nical - support and technicalsolutions)
  • 不断迭代更好的游戏美术效果,及时的做出有效的美术效果及技术研究工作(Continue to iterate better game art effects, timely make effectiveart effects and technical research work)

岗位要求:

  • 精通3D美术内容制作工具,包括:3DMax、Maya、Zbrush、XSI、Photoshop等(Proficient in 3D art content production tools, including: 3DMax,Maya, Zbrush, XSI, Photoshop, etc.)
  • 精通Shader的编辑和效果提升,熟悉脚本语言和编程语言,对PBR技术和卡通渲染有较深入研究,对新技术有足够的敏感度(Proficient in Shader editing and effect improvement, familiarwith scripting language and programming language, in-depth study of PBRtechnology and cartoon rendering, and sensitive to new technologies)
  • 至少5年以上的游戏开发经验,5年以上技术美术相关经验,熟悉了解Unity3D,UE4引擎,具备大型次世代游戏项目开发经验者优先(At least 5 years experience in game development, more than 5years experience in technical art, familiar with Unity3D,UE4 engine, with largenext generation game project development experience is preferred)
  • 关注ACG领域,喜爱动漫者优先(Focus on ACG field, love animation is preferred)





宝可梦-高级引擎图形开发工程师Pokemon- Senior Engine Graphics development Engineer
岗位职责:
  • 主导并推动使用Unity建立适合项目美术风格的渲染管线(Lead anddrive the use of Unity to create a rendering pipeline that fits the project'sart style)
  • 针对需求定制增改Unity引擎底层功能,开发引擎相关特性(光照、渲染、管线、资源管理等)(Customizeand modify the underlying functions of Unity engine according to therequirements, and develop engine-related features (lighting, rendering,pipeline, resource management, etc.)
  • 与设计师一起合作完成高级图形效果开发(Work withdesigners to develop advanced graphic effects)
  • 解决游戏中的图形相关性能优化及兼容性问题(Solve thegame graphics related performance optimization and compatibility problems)

岗位要求
  • 5年及以上游戏开发经验,有游戏引擎开发经验者更佳(5 years or above experience ingame development, experience in game engine development is preferred)
  • 熟悉各种光照模型和图形学算法,关注图形学前沿技术,关注图形学在游戏中应用(Familiarwith various lighting models and graphics algorithms, focus on graphicscutting-edge technology, focus on graphics in the game application)
  • 熟悉Unity引擎渲染PBR管线及相关工具,熟悉Shader编程和材质编辑器(Familiarwith Unity engine rendering PBR pipeline and related tools, familiar withShader programming and material editor)
  • 扎实的数学和算法基础,熟悉GPU调试/调优工具(Solidmathematical and algorithmic foundation, familiar with GPU debugging/tuningtools)
  • 有策略、动作冒险、多人对抗等游戏类型经验者优先(Experiencein different types of game, such as strategy, action adventure and multiplayeris preferred)
  • 了解且喜欢宝可梦,深度熟悉且热爱宝可梦者优先(Knowledgeand love of pokemon. Deep knowledge and love of pokemon is preferred)




国际IP新手游-UE4引擎开发工程师
Global IP Mobile Game - UE4 Develop Engineer
岗位职责:
  • 定制开发移动端的高级渲染效果(Customizeand develop advanced rendering effects for mobile)
  • 从引擎底层及美术资源层面出发,优化游戏运行性能及内存开销(Optimizethe performance and memory of the game from the bottom of the engine and thelevel of art resources)
  • 配合并支持内部团队,针对需求定制增改UE4引擎底层功能,及相关工具(Work and supportinternal team to customize UE4 engine base functions and related tools)

岗位要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,3年以上游戏从业经验(Bachelordegree or above, more than 3 years experience in game industry)
  • 5年以上C++开发经验,2年3D游戏引擎应用开发经验,熟悉UE4引擎更佳(More than5 years C++ development experience, 2 years 3D game engine applicationdevelopment experience, familiar with UE4 engine is preferred)
  • 熟悉下列中一项或几项:图形渲染、物理引擎、AI、动画、引擎底层基础(例如内存管理等等)(Familiarwith one or more of the following: graphics rendering, physics engine, AI,animation, engine infrastructure (e.g., memory management, etc.))
  • 能够无障碍阅读英文文献, 能够使用英语进行简单的技术沟通(Able toread English literature without barrier, able to use English for simpletechnical communication)

岗位职责
  • 负责与国际知名设计团队联合开发,做好沟通交流工作
  • 梳理出明确的游戏设计方案,快速实现,仔细打磨
  • 在战斗、关卡、交互等方面都表现出顺畅有趣的体验,符合全球化的市场

岗位要求

  • 5年以上策划工作经验,英语口语流利
  • 参与过完整的ARPG项目,对英雄设计,关卡制作具备较深的经验
  • 抗压能力强,心态开放,有做国际化顶尖产品的追求与责任感
  • 有3A游戏工作经验者,具备多国合作开发背景者优先
