Your responsibilities would include:
Be the business owner of a London-based live games studio
Own the on-time delivery, creative execution and business success of a ~15-person studio in London
P&L responsibility
Product roadmap ownership
Reconcile business and creative needs to create inspirational product with successful business models
Recruitment and management of live operations team
The requirements for this position are:
Successful online game production experience at the Producer level with one more major successes to show for it
Knowledge of the typical producer software tools, documents and processes (budgets, game concept creation, project management, bug reports and defect tracking).
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A passionate, performance-driven self-starter
Deep understanding of free-to-play business models. Experience in, or ready and eager to join the game as service revolution
Solid team management and leadership experience
Demonstrable passion for driving high quality and an engaging user experience
Hands on online game design experience, ideally free to play
Knowledge of scrum and agile development methodologies
Collaborative working style
Data driven decision making approach
Open for feedback and enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
Knowledge and experience in Social Gaming, Social Media or Social Networks a strong plus
Computer Science degree or related discipline a strong plus
Previous start-up experience is a strong plus |
