12月18日消息，盛大游戏昨晚在提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件中称，对于Kilometre Capital公司在香港起诉索要“咨询费”一事，公司“坚决维护自己的权益”。
盛大游戏在简短的公告中称，今年10月10日，该公司收到了香港特别行政区高等法院原诉法庭的传票，当时的传票显示，Kilometre Capital Management Cayman(以下简称Kilometre)向盛大游戏总额为25,588,642.58美元的“咨询费”，Kilometre后来又于11月27日将索要额度上调至44,925,847.31美元。
盛大游戏在声明最后表示：“公司会坚决维护自己的权益。”

Shanda Games Limited (NASDAQ: GAME, the “Company”) today announced that Kilometre Capital Management Cayman (“Kilometre”) issued a writ of summons endorsed with a statement of claim against the Company from the Court of First Instance of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on October 10, 2014 (the “Kilometre Dispute”). According to the current statement of claim, Kilometre seeks outstanding consulting fees in an aggregated sum of US$25,588,642.58 (or alternatively, damages)， certain declaratory relief, interest, costs and further and/or other relief as the court deems fit. In addition, on November 27, 2014, Kilometre issued a revised consulting fee invoice to the Company requesting the payment of outstanding consulting fees in an aggregate sum of US$44,925,847.31. The Company intends to vigorously defend the Kilometre Dispute on its merits。
